Your Kickboxing
Experienced, certified instructors will help you work toward your personal goals. Our approach is to help each student build fitness with intervals and plyometrics while keeping you challenged with new tactics and strategy.
You'll learn punching, kicking and footwork as you improve your cardio-vascular fitness, upper and lower-body strength, flexibility and coordination. Any previous experience in fitness, sports or dance will also help you learn kickboxing.
If desired, you can pursue formal ranking in kickboxing or compete under the Ontario and Canadian savate organizations. Instructor training is also available right here in Toronto.
