Cutting-Edge
Kickboxing from Historical France |
 |
Savate is a sophisticated kickboxing style with origins in the alleys of Marie Antoinette's France. The modern sport form combines the training methods of competitive athletes with the tactical precision of a sudoku puzzle -- but in a form that anyone can enjoy!
Our students are often busy people with no martial arts experience. They try savate classes and get hooked on the fun and challenge of this unique fitness pursuit.
The first class is FREE so come give it a try!
